The sweepstakes (“Promotion”) is organized and sponsored by:

2. Eligibility

The Promotion is open to individuals who:
- Are 18 years of age or older (or the age of majority in their jurisdiction), and
- Are legal residents of the European Union, the United Kingdom, Norway, or Switzerland.
Employees, contractors, and affiliates of MAIN ROSE, as well as immediate family and household members, are not eligible.
Void where prohibited by law.

3. Entry Period

The Promotion begins on December 8th, 2025 at 00:00 CET and ends on December 30th, 2025 at 23:59 CET (“Entry Period”).

4. How to Enter

Participants may enter in the following way:

Leave a genuine, honest product review of any MAIN ROSE product via the review request email sent by requests+mainrose.com@judge.me on behalf of MAIN ROSE.
Your review must:
- Be based on your personal experience,
- Not include unlawful, offensive, or defamatory content.
One review constitutes one entry.

Entry Limit

No limit per person during the Entry Period. Multiple entries per person are allowed if you have purchased more than one item and have been invited to leave a review on multiple items.

5. Prize

There will be two (2) winners. Each winner will receive:

One (1) Fine Mesh Hardware String Thong
(Approximate retail value per unit: 245 SEK / €28).

Prizes are non-transferable, non-refundable, and may not be substituted except at Sponsor’s discretion.

6. Winner Selection

Random drawing from all eligible entries will take place on January 6th, 2026.
Winners will be selected using a randomized process ensuring fairness and transparency.
Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received.

7. Winner Notification & Requirements

Winners will be notified via email within 7 days of selection.
Winners must respond within 7 days to confirm eligibility and provide shipping information.
If a winner:
1. Fails to respond,
2. Declines the prize,
3. Is found ineligible,
a new winner may be selected from remaining entries.

Sponsor may require winners to sign a Prize Acceptance Form in accordance with Swedish promotional-law practices.

8. Data Protection & Privacy (GDPR Compliance)

MAIN ROSE is the data controller.
Personal data collected (name, email address, review link, country, shipping details) will be used exclusively for:
- Administering the Promotion,
- Contacting winners,
- Fulfilling prizes.
Legal basis for processing: legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR) and consent where applicable.
Data will be retained only for the duration necessary to administer the Promotion and fulfill regulatory obligations.
Participants have GDPR rights including access, rectification, and erasure.

9. General Conditions

Sponsor reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel the Promotion if fraud, technical issues, or other factors impair its integrity.
Any attempt to tamper with the entry process may result in disqualification.
Sponsor is not responsible for:
- Lost, late, misdirected, or incomplete entries,
- Technical failures or platform outages,
- Delivery delays due to postal or courier services.
