Return Policy
You may return eligible items within 14 days of receiving your order. Returned products must be unworn, unwashed, unused, and in their original condition, with all tags, liners, and packaging intact. Returns from multiple orders must not be combined, as this delays processing.
Some items are not returnable for hygiene or final-sale reasons. Unless faulty, we cannot accept returns of underwear bottoms or swimwear if their packaging seal has been opened, gift packaging, and any product marked Final Sale. (For customers in the European Union, your statutory 14-day right to cancel is not affected by “final sale” wording.) If you are unsure of whether you can return your product, please contact our support team for assistance.
To start a return, register it via our Returns Portal (or contact our support team with your order number if you cannot access the portal). Online orders are returned by mail only. Please include your return paperwork or your order number inside the parcel so we can identify your return quickly. If you choose to arrange your own postage, use a tracked service and retain proof of dispatch; we are not responsible for the parcel until it is delivered to our warehouse.
A return shipping fee will be deducted from your refund. The exact amount and label options are shown during the portal process, and may vary by destination. Original standard shipping costs are only refunded when the full order is returned. No original shipping cost is refunded for partial returns. In some locations, we cannot generate prepaid labels (e.g. military, overseas or remote addresses) and in those cases, you’ll need to ship the return yourself.
Once your parcel is delivered to our warehouse, it will undergo a quality check. If an item shows signs of wear or handling beyond what’s necessary to assess fit (e.g. used, damaged, or dirty), we may reduce the refund proportionately or decline the return. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method only (including prepaid cards or gift cards). Please allow up to 14 working days after receipt for refund processing.
If all items from a bundle are returned (e.g. 3 underwear for 2), a full bundle value is refunded. If only part of the bundle is returned, the kept item(s) will be treated as full-price and the refund will reflect the remaining amount in the offer.
To exchange an item on your order, please follow the instructions for return through the portal, and place a new order online. We do not offer direct exchanges for regular returns.
If an item is faulty or incorrect, contact our support team before returning so we can assist and ensure the fastest resolution.
