1. General
These Terms and Conditions apply to all purchases of clothing and related fashion accessories (“products”) made through our webshop, operated by Pleaze AB (“MAIN ROSE”, “we”, “us” or “our”), registered under company number 559503-7184.
By placing an order on our webshop, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old and agree to be legally bound by these Terms.
We reserve the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. The version in force at the time of your order will apply to your purchase.
2. Products and Availability
All products displayed are subject to availability. We make reasonable efforts to keep stock information up-to-date, but cannot guarantee availability at all times.
We reserve the right to withdraw or change products and prices at any time without prior notice.
Product descriptions and size guides are provided to help you make informed decisions. Please read them carefully before ordering.
3. Orders and Contract Formation
Your order constitutes an offer to purchase. Once we receive your order, you will receive an email confirming receipt.
A binding contract is only formed once we accept your order and send a shipping confirmation.
We reserve the right to reject or cancel orders for reasons including, but not limited to, unavailability, pricing errors, or suspected fraudulent activity.
4. Pricing and Payment
All prices include VAT (where applicable) in accordance with EU tax law. The prices shown on the Website may vary from time to time and MAIN ROSE is not bound by the price until we have accepted the order by sending the shipping confirmation to you.
Delivery costs are not included in the product price and will be calculated and shown at checkout.
We accept payment by the methods offered on our webshop. Payment is processed securely via our authorized payment service providers.
5. Delivery
We ship to Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Czechia, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, the Netherlands, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden and Switzerland.
Delivery times vary depending on destination and carrier. Estimated delivery times are provided at checkout.
For delivery outside of the European Union, customs duty might be imposed by local customs authorities once the parcel reaches its destination country. The customer takes full liability for all postal charges, return shipment costs, customs charges and handling fees, should they refuse to accept a parcel due to import duties or taxes.
The risk of loss or damage passes to you upon delivery. We are responsible for the goods until they reach you.
6. Right of Withdrawal
You have the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days of receiving your order, without providing a reason.
To exercise this right, initiate your return process on our return portal within the 14-day period. Return shipping is at your expense unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with tags attached.
For hygiene reasons, returns of underwear, swimwear, and similar intimate items are only accepted if the hygiene seal is intact and the item has not been worn.
Upon satisfactory return of the goods, we will refund your payment, including standard shipping costs.
7. Exchanges and Returns
We currently do not offer direct product exchanges. To receive a different size or item, please return the original and place a new order.
In case of defective or incorrect items, please contact us within 14 days at info@mainrose.com with your order number and photos of the issue.
We will cover return shipping for defective or incorrect items and will offer a replacement or refund.
8. Warranties and Liability
For any defect or non-conformity of the Products, we offer a limited warranty of 2 (two) years, subject to the terms set forth herein. The warranty is valid under the following conditions:
- The defect occurs within 2 (two) years from the date indicated on the pick-up form signed by the Customer or by an authorised person or from the delivery date to the Customer’s address;
- The Customer submits a formal complaint regarding the defects within a maximum of 2 (two) months from the date on which the defect was discovered;
- The Customer presents the purchase receipt.
We are not liable for minor color variations between product photos and the actual item due to screen settings or lighting conditions.
This warranty does not cover any problem that is caused by normal wear and tear, improper use, misuse or abuse, improper storage or maintenance, accident or neglect such as physical damage and any other type of misuse, damage or other acts not resulting from defects in material or workmanship. This warranty only extends to Customer.
9. Personal Data
Your personal data is processed in accordance with the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), the Swedish Data Protection Act (Dataskyddsförordningen) and our Privacy Policy.
We collect only data necessary to process your order and improve our service. We do not sell or share your data with third parties for marketing without your explicit consent.
10. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms and Conditions are governed by Swedish law and applicable EU consumer protection law.
You may access the EU Online Dispute Resolution (ODR) platform at: https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr
The courts of Sweden shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any disputes arising from these Terms, unless mandatory consumer protection laws in your country of residence provide otherwise.
