Where we ship
Sweden, the Nordics, the EU, the UK, Switzerland, and the US. More countries coming. If your country isn't at checkout yet, it isn't yet. Sorry, girlie.
How it works
Sweden, Nordics, EU, UK, Switzerland. Pick your option at checkout. We use Ingrid, so you'll see home delivery, pickup points, and express side by side with live prices and dates. Pick what fits your week.
US. Flat $6.90 standard shipping. Free over $120.
How fast
- Sweden. 1 to 3 business days
- Nordic & EU. 2 to 5 business days
- UK & Switzerland. 3 to 7 business days
- US. 1-2 days processing time
Order before noon CET and we'll usually get it out the same day. Drop weeks and Mondays run a little slower. We'll always email you when it ships.
Duties & taxes
EU and UK prices include VAT. US orders ship duty-paid where required, so no surprise fees at the door. Switzerland and rest-of-world: duties may apply on delivery and are paid by you.
Tracking
You'll get a shipping confirmation with a tracking link the moment your order leaves us. You can also check it in your account on mainrose.com. If tracking hasn't moved in 5 business days, email and we'll chase it.
"Delivered" but not delivered
Carriers sometimes scan a parcel as delivered a day or two early. Check with your neighbours, your concierge, and the safe spot first. If it still hasn't shown up 4 business days after the delivery scan, email us. We'll help you file a carrier claim.
Changed your mind on the address?
Orders start processing the second you place them, so we can't always catch them in time. Once it's shipped, the carrier is your best bet. Most of them let you redirect:

- PostNord / Ingrid carriers (EU). Link in your tracking email
- DHL (international). DHL On Demand Delivery
P.O. Boxes & freight forwarders
We don't ship to freight forwarders. P.O. Boxes work for US standard shipping only.
