You've got 14 days from when your order lands to send something back. Here's how.

Read this first

A few ground rules. The basics that apply everywhere.

  • Items have to be unworn, unwashed, unused. Tags, liners, and packaging all still on.
  • Underwear bottoms and swim with the hygiene seal opened aren't returnable. Unless it's actually faulty, in which case, see below.
  • Gift packaging isn't returnable.
  • Final Sale is final. (If you're in the EU, your statutory right to cancel within 14 days still applies.)
  • One order, one return. Don't combine stuff from different orders.

Europe

Easy mode. We've got a portal.

  1. Register your return at our Returns Portal.
  2. The portal pulls up a prepaid label. The shipping fee shows there, and it comes off your refund.
  3. Drop your parcel at the carrier on the label. Done.

Can't get into the portal? Email support with your order number. We'll sort it.

A return fee will be deducted from your refund. The exact amount and label options are shown during the portal process, and may vary by destination.

USA

No portal stateside yet (we're working on it), so you'll book the shipping yourself.

  1. Email support with your order number. We'll register the return and send you our US address.
  2. Ship it back with USPS or another tracked service. Hold onto your proof of postage. Until the parcel reaches our warehouse, it's on you.
  3. Put your order number inside the parcel so we know whose it is when it lands.

You cover the shipping. No prepaid US labels right now.

When your return lands

Every return gets a quality check. If something looks worn, dirty, or roughed up past a normal fit check, we'll lower the refund or send it back.

Approved refunds go to the original payment method only (prepaid cards and gift cards count). Allow up to 14 working days from when your parcel reaches us. Your bank might take a few more after that to actually show it.

Original shipping is only refunded if you return the full order. Partial returns don't get shipping back.

Bundles (3 for 2 and similar)

  • Send the whole bundle back, you get the full bundle refund.
  • Keep one or more, the kept items get charged at full price and your refund reflects what's left of the offer.

Exchanges

We don't do direct swaps. Want a different size or color? Return the original (portal for EU, mail for US) and place a new order.

Addresses we can't prepay

Military (APO/FPO), overseas territories, and very remote postcodes can't get a prepaid label. If yours is one of those, we'll tell you, and you'll handle the shipping.

Something faulty or wrong

Don't ship it yet. Email support with photos and your order number first. We'll fix it fast.
